DHEZ has 2 innovative digital health spaces. The Digital Exchange is DHEZ’s business incubator. It is a beautifully updated former textile warehouse in Bradford City Centre’s Little Germany area with modern high-tech features. It has 6 floors of offices, co-working space and conference and meeting rooms.
DHEZ host their own and others events in the space which you can take part in, or you can use the space for your own innovation meetings and events. Either way, this is a great space for breeding innovative ideas and connecting with entrepreneurs who could become your future clients.
In summer 2017, a new DHEZ building will be opened on the University’s City Campus. This £4.5m refurbishment project will create a centre for academic collaboration and innovation.
Health professionals will be able to work alongside small businesses, academics and learners, as well as visiting members of the public, to develop and test digital solutions and new models of care that will make a real difference to people's lives. The Centre's research and learning programmes will encompass evaluation and trials of new technologies, health data analysis, early diagnosis, health promotion and new models of self-managing, person-centred, integrated care. It will also include work on how we establish different care settings and scenarios within the model home and extended family.
